How To Get Rid of Hooded Eyes Naturally, Without Surgery

Want to get rid of hooded eyes naturally? Then follow this guide.

First, you need to figure out what is causing yours:

1. Excess skin

Having too much eyelid skin can cause your hooded eye.

2. Low Brows

Sometimes the cause of saggy eyelids are saggy, low brows.

Look in the mirror. Using your fingers, if you try to gently lift your brows up. Do they reveal your eyelids?

3. Age/Bad skin care habits

Did your eyelids become saggy, droopy, hooded with age?

Your hooded eyes could be because of more than one reason. e.g both too much skin and low brows. Or low brows and aging/bad skin care. If so, just do multiple methods.

Ok, once you figured out what is causing yours, follow the methods:

But VERY IMPORTANT: Be very, very careful with these!!  Doing these methods incorrectly can cause wrinkles or make the hooded eyes even worse! The area around the eyes is very fragile and thin. This worked for many people, but it might not work for you because everyone is different.

1. If your hooded eyes are because out excess skin:

Eyelid tape can actually get rid of them permanently if you wear it non stop for some time. Michelle Phan, a beauty guru youtuber explained this perfectly. She did this herself and it helped her get rid of her hooded eyelid.

2. If your hooded eyes are because of low brows:

Eye exercises should help lift them naturally. There are exercises you can do and if you do them correctly and keep up with it, your eyebrows will become much more lifted over time and reveal the eyelid.

It can be hard to explain how to do exercises correctly so we included a video actually showing you. This youtuber explains it well:

My hooded eyes were because of low brows. These exercises work! I had to do these for 7 months. You might see a result faster than that, my eyes were very hooded.

Just remember to be gentle!

3. If your hooded eyes are because of age/bad skin care:

Youtuber ”Hotandflashy” Angie who makes anti aging/skin care videos for older ladies got rid of hers.

A blogger at http://mychemicalpeel.blogspot.com/2014/01/retin-for-eyes.html is another blogger who talks about how Retin – A fixed her hooded eyelids.

Both of them go into detail about what they did exactly.

Salty foods and bad sleeping habits also make your eyelids heavier. So avoid those!

Remember, these methods are not instant! If you really want to get rid of your hooded, droopy, saggy eyelids you need to be consistent! It will take time. But it’s a much better alternative than plastic surgery.

You might be interested in another quicker way to get rid of them. There is another alternative that is not plastic surgery and that is botox.

There are also eyelid strips you can wear and they look great. A lot of celebrities and K Pop stars wear them when they want to lift their hooded, saggy lids. You can even wear makeup over them. It’s not permanent but this is a way to lift them instantly.

Also, another thing. Do wear sunscreen or/and big sunglasses! UVA rays age your skin and make your eyelids, (the thinnest, most delicate, fragile area) go from firm to droopy.

Give these methods a try, they might work for you and remember consistency is key!

This is how to get rid of hooded eyes naturally.
