First, you need to figure out what is causing yours:
1. Excess skin
Having too much eyelid skin can cause your hooded eye.
2. Low Brows
Sometimes the cause of saggy eyelids are saggy, low brows.
Look in the mirror. Using your fingers, if you try to gently lift your brows up. Do they reveal your eyelids?
3. Age/Bad skin care habits
Did your eyelids become saggy, droopy, hooded with age?

Also, another thing. Do wear sunscreen or/and big sunglasses! UVA rays age your skin and make your eyelids, (the thinnest, most delicate, fragile area) go from firm to droopy.
